The number of daily cases of corona virus in the country has reached its lowest level this year

 

In the last 24 hours, only 567 people across the country have been diagnosed with the deadly epidemic, with 16 more Corona patients dying.

 

Salamabad (Urdu Point newspaper latest. October 22, 2021) The number of daily cases of corona virus in the country has reached the lowest level this year. According to details, the fourth wave of corona virus in the country has almost died. According to data released by the National Command and Operations Center on Friday, 567 more cases of corona virus have been reported in Pakistan in the last 24 hours while 16 more patients have lost their lives.

 

It was reported that on October 19, for the first time this year, less than 800 daily corona cases were reported in the country, while 567 cases reported in the last 24 hours are the lowest number of daily cases this year. It was further informed that in the last 2 hours, 864 more patients of Corona were cured across the country and the rate of positive cases came down to 1.44%.

 

Corona virus has so far killed 28,344 patients across Pakistan, bringing the total number of patients in the country to 1,267,393. In the last 24 hours, 39,200 more corona viruses have been tested in the country, while a total of 245,357 corona tests have been done so far. Sindh has the highest number of coronavirus patients, compared to 466,945.

 

So far, 438,636 cases of corona virus have been reported in Punjab, 177,240 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 166,615 in the federal capital Islamabad, 34,422 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and 33,159 in Balochistan. In Gilgit-Baltistan, 10,376 cases of corona virus have been reported. On the other hand, corona vaccination campaign is also in full swing across the country to control the deadly epidemic. In order to achieve the target of 100% vaccination in Punjab, the largest province of the country, the provincial government has announced door-to-door vaccination of citizens.
